WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Orders will be processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) 9am EST to 6pm EST and may take up to 2 business days to process prior to shipping. The estimated time for delivery on the checkout page does not take into account these order processing days. Please add the additional 2 business days to best estimate your date of delivery.

Please note: Some items are stored at our regional warehouse in Asia. Please allow an additional 10-14 business days of processing time for these items. We will contact you via the email provided on your order if you have items coming from this warehouse. Once we receive the items we will ship them to you immediately.

TiA CiBANi reserves the right to refuse shipping of any order.

TiA CiBANi uses USPS / UPS / DHL to ship all online orders.

TiA CiBANi is not responsible for any issues that may occur once the package leaves our hands.  Please contact the carrier if any issues arise. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Orders are shipped from our studio in Cross River, New York.

ABOUT BACKORDERS:
In the event that an item in your order is on backorder, you will be notified via email with an estimated ship date for the back-ordered item. Please note these dates are subject to change. If they do, we will send you an email notification. All back-ordered items ship via standard delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! TiA CiBANi ships worldwide via DHL. 

International customers are responsible for the duties and taxes required within their country. TiA CiBANi cannot estimate or cover duties or taxes on international orders.

Disclaimer: If you are using a mail forwarding service as your shipping address, TiA CiBANi is not responsible for any issues that may occur once the package leaves our hands. TiA CiBANi will not ship to any mail forwarding service located outside of the US.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED TIMES
All shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Any domestic order over $150 will qualify for free shipping. 

UNITED STATES:
USPS Priority Mail: 1-7 business days                       
USPS Priority Express: 1-3 business days
UPS Ground: 1-7 business days
INTERNATIONAL:
DHL Express (3-5 business days): Calculated based on destination. 


RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on all current season items, even if the items are on sale, within 7 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original packaging, including the plastic bag and tags attached. Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for processing your refund from the date we receive your package.

Past season item(s) in our sale section are NOT eligible for a return to original payment method. We will however accept exchanges and/or store credit. 

We will NOT accept any returns of socks or tights. Swimwear returns will not be accepted if hygienic lining is removed. Custom made orders are also not returnable. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping. If asked, we will provide a return shipping label but will deduct $8 from the refund. Please email us at sales@tiacibani.com to request a return label.

Please note: We are unable to provide shipping labels for international returns.

Please ensure that returned item(s) are traceable. TiA CiBANi is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges on all items, whether it is a current season or sale item(s), within 7 days from time of delivery. Items must be unworn and have all original packaging, including the plastic bag and tags attached.  Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for processing your exchange from the date we receive your package.

We do not offer free exchanges therefore, we suggest purchasing the item you want to exchange for in a separate order. Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the amount from your original order. If you are waiting for store credit, we will reserve the item for you and send you an invoice that you can save until the credit can be applied.

We will NOT accept any exchanges of socks or tights. Swimwear exchanges will not be accepted if hygienic lining is removed. Custom made orders are also not exchangeable.
