October brings Global Diversity Month to remind us all of the positive impact a diverse community can have on a society. Having a diverse environment allows for new points of view to be introduced into the conversation and small voices to be heard loud and clear. From keeping our model casting diverse to gathering inspiration from cultures around the world for new collections, diversity is very important to us.
